So many people ask which make of vehicle is better for them to buy. The fact is there is no one make that is perfect. Some manufacturers tend to do better than others in terms of reliability, safety features or comfort, but this is not to say each car will follow suite. There are some great websites out there that will review cars and tell you the most common good and bad points about that particular make and model. These can be very useful but should not necessarily be taken as gospel.
German and Japanese cars are well known for their reliability but within these makes of cars are some exceptions. Also a lot of it depends on how the car has been looked after and maintained.
If it has been serviced when it should and had problems rectified quickly it may go for a lot longer than one that is the same make and model but hasn’t been looked after.
