If you are looking to buy a new car you my decide to go in to a dealership. Some people get a bit nervous about going to a dealership, thinking that they will get bullied in to buying a car without really having time to consider it.
Some car salesmen and women can be a little pushy, after all, they work on commission so they will do their best to sell you a car, but if you go in with the idea that you are not going to buy that day you have give yourself the time you need to think it through.
If they offer you a really good deal on a car but you want to go away and think about it, then make sure you do. They will often say phrases like “we can only offer you this deal today” and “there are lots of people interested in this car so it might not be available tomorrow. This can be the case but often they are just lines to get you to sign a deal there and then.
