It is often a costly thing, owning a vehicle and repair bills usually come when we least expect or can deal with them financially. If you have repair work done at a main dealer then you are likely to pay a lot more than at your local garage, but some people prefer to have their car looked after by the manufactures repair workshops than someone they may not have used before.
You may be able to ask the garage if you can supply the parts and shop around to see if you can get them cheaper.
